Article summary

The Trends dashboard allows you analyze trends of Transactions (or Documents). It allows you to see how many Transactions (or Documents) are being sent over a certain time period. You can filter by date range and/or by status.

Basic Search Filter Bar

Advanced Search Filter Bar

Search Field Definitions

Search Location
This will include Transactions based on the selections identified below.
This Group:
This will include results with Transactions that were created inside the currently selected Group.
This Group + Sub Groups:
This will include results with Transactions that were created inside the currently selected Group plus any Sub Groups related to this Group if the Group you are in is a top-level Primary Group. If you are currently in a Sub Group, this setting will behave the same as the "This Group" value.
All Groups:
This will include results with Transactions that were created in any/all Groups to which you have permissions.
Date Type
This will determine if the search will filter based on the date the Transaction was created (available for all Transactions) or the date the Transaction was closed (only available for non-pending Transactions).
Date Range
This will filter the results with Transactions inside the range you define. There are several shortcut date ranges to choose from, as well. (i.e. Today, Yesterday, Last Month, Last Quarter, This Year, etc.)
Count TypeThis will show results with the counts of Documents or Transactions depending on which type is choosen.
StatusBelow are the list of statuses you are able to filter on.  The numbers next to those statuses are the status IDs that might be utilized in any API integrations you might have as well.
Any Status[Default] This will not filter the results based on status of the Transaction.
Pending (2):

This will filter the results with Transactions that are not completed, cancelled, closed, expired, or voided.
Completed (4):

This will filter the results with Transactions that are fully completed where all documents, participants, and tasks are signed, approved, and/or delivered.
Cancelled (8):This will filter the results with Transactions that have been explicitly cancelled by a Participant during their signing/approval process.
Closed (7):This will filter the results with Transactions that have been explicitly closed by either a permissions user in the status reports by click the red close button or via the API's CloseTransactions() method call.
Expired (9):This will filter the results with Transactions that have expired by extending past the set expiration date for the Transaction.  Any signed Documents or Tasks in an expired Transaction will also be considered non-valid and depending on configuration settings for the server, could also be purged from the system.
Voided (10)This will filter the results with Transactions that have been voided. Voided Transactions were once "completed" Transactions that are no longer valid (possibly because they were replaced by another subsequent Transaction). To void a Transaction, you must click on the Void Transaction button in the status reports results.
Reset FiltersClicking this button will return all fields and selections back to the original default state removing any custom filters you may have added.
