Article summary

The Transaction tab provides the Identifiers (transaction ID, Pronto ID, Group Name, and Is Test), Status (Status/ID, Created Date, Closed Date, Expiration Date, Session Expiration), Behaviors (Default Participant Order, Send Completion Notification, Complete Notification Attachments, Send Cancelled Notification, Enable Cancel Message Prompt, Send Expired Notification), and Created By (User who created the transaction including User ID, User Name, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Title, Organization) details of the transaction. 

Note: Other transaction details may also appear on this page if they are applicable. These additional details include Complete/Cancelled/Expired Notification Email Addresses, Outgoing Email Details, Workflow Actions, Metadata, and Jurisdiction.  

At the top of the page, you will see options to Go to to the Status Search Page, Download the Evidence Package, Refresh the Transaction Data, and print the page.

There is also an option to Void, Unvoid, and Cancel the Transaction depending on the status of the Transaction.
